| The Greenbrier Baptist Church cemetery was surveyed on October 6, 2008 by Raymond Butcher. In addition to engraved tombstones and funeral home markers, there are at least 4 graves marked with funeral home markers which are no longer readable, one unmarked grave surrounded by a concrete border, and 1 grave which has been overgrown by encroaching brush. There are also obvious other unmarked graves. The cemetery is maintained in excellent condition and may be reached by: 1. Take Rt. 60 west from Chesterfield to Powhatan. 2. Continue west past the intersection of Rt 60 and Rt. 522 for approximately 1.7 miles. 3. Turn right on Bell Road. 4. The church and cemetery are approximately 2 miles on the left. |
