Green Briar Church Cemetery |
| This grave site found on the property of Theresa Dawson is located at 3454 Brookland Manor Dr. (off Cosby Rd.). A grass road 50 meters before her house leads to a definite trail in the woods. Initially entering the woods, walk about 40 yards then turn left off the path and walk for about 60 yards. The grave site itself is about 200 yards square with about 25 headstones. Coffin-sized indentations in the ground leads one to believe there are many more than 25 people buried here. Terise Donovan |
This is the old Green Briar Cemetery. The church burned and some distance from the cemetery, you can find the cement & stone church steps. They built a second church on Bell Rd. |
